Women of Tomorrow Mentors
Many successful women have traits they share in common, and have traveled similar roads to achieve their goals, regardless of profession. Based on this premise, WOT Mentors share their personal stories, knowledge and techniques for success. WOT Mentors meet with small groups of WOT Mentees on a monthly basis to discuss ambitions, hopes, positive attitudes necessary for success, and ways to achieve dreams. WOT Mentees are exposed to new experiences and ideas while learning important life skills in a constructive, positive environment.
WOT Mentors are the most distinguished, professional and successful women in South Florida who are dedicated to improving the self-esteem and future adult lives of teenage women in the area. Virtually all career possibilities are represented by our mentors including lawyers, judges, doctors, entrepreneurs, politicians, artists, journalists, TV news anchors, nurses, sports management specialists, airplane pilots, accountants, construction company owners and more.
Becoming a Mentor
Women of Tomorrow started in 1997 with 23 Founding Mentors who were hand selected by Women of Tomorrow Founder Jennifer Valoppi. Through referral from an existing mentor, we have grown to 250 Mentors, all highly accomplished professional women representing a wide variety of professions. For more information on becoming a Mentor, contact the Women of Tomorrow offices.
